Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you have purchased an item via other selling sites it is imperative that you contact us via the website the order was placed on as terms, conditions and returns policy will differ dependant on the site. Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order provided you advise us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days and must be in original unused condition – including original, intact packaging. Standard Return

We make every effort to describe and picture each product with as much information and detail as possible to ensure you order, and receive, the correct product in the first instance.

Our products are mostly manufacturer-specific – not universal &/or interchangeable with other makes & brands unless the specifics advise otherwise. We include, if available, the MPN (Manufacturers Part Number) & an item EAN (European Article Number) for clarification. We sell in good faith the product has been identified correctly by yourself or your installer. We can assure you a product that may ‘look similar’ or ‘should work’ more than likely will not without being identified as the correct and exact product. If you are in any doubt we advise to research the detail on the manufacturer’s website, contact the manufacturer (or ourselves) or an installer before making a purchase to avoid disappointment. We may describe detail that is Plumbing Industry-specific & Industry recognisable that may not be instantly known, or understandable if you are not aware. It is your responsibility to investigate and understand this terminology before making your purchase. Certain products are classed as ‘non-returnable’ if opened or fitting attempted as this is acceptance the product has been identified and correct for the installation.

Toilet Seat Hinges are non-returnable if the package has been opened.
Security sealed products are non-returnable if the seal is broken.

It is acceptance the item is correct if opened.

Colour: Although we do our best to ensure colours/materials displayed on our Website are accurate, the actual colour may vary & are for guidance only. Differences in monitors and the device you use to view the website will result in subtle differences in colour and textures. Computer monitors & mobile devices are not all calibrated equally, and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee colour online, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the actual product’s colour. Image/s are supplied via the manufacturer and as stated it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is correctly identified & matched. It may be possible to obtain a sample if required from the manufacturer

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We deem this a reasonable time to check & identify the product/s are suitable & correct for your requirements; please feel free to contact us directly for further clarification.

Items returned will only be refunded if the item is in resalable condition and this includes intact original manufacturers packaging and instructions/warranty paperwork supplied with the item. We expect items to be returned in the condition they arrived and how would be expected as ‘in new’ condition for the next customer.  Remember to obtain proof of postage, or send the item back with Tracking/Signed postage. We are not responsible for items sent back if no proof can be provided.

Damaged Goods

We expect goods to arrive with you in perfect condition. If you receive goods in a damaged condition please advise us as quickly as possible but in any case, you must advise us prior to installation and within 3 working days of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic details of the damage. In the case of goods arriving with you damaged, we will normally send replacement goods and collect the damaged goods from you.  Further details of our policy on damaged goods are set out in our terms and conditions. Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods develop a fault within the warranty period please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to identify and resolve the fault. You may be directed to the manufacturer’s service team for further advice. Some manufacturers employ their own engineers to resolve warranty issues and may be able to resolve the problem directly with you with minimum inconvenience.  Further details of our policy on faulty goods are set out in our terms and conditions. Toilet Seats

We make every effort to describe and picture our replacement toilet seat range in detail and are manufactured for a specific design of toilet pan. Ultimately it is your, or your installers, responsibility to identify the product as correct. We include the Manufacturers Part Number (MPN) & European Article Number (EAN) to enable identification. We can assure you a Seat that may ‘look similar’ or ‘should fit’ more than likely will not without being identified as the correct product. If you are in any doubt we advise you to research the detail on the manufacturer’s website, contact the manufacturer (or ourselves) or your installer before making a purchase to avoid disappointment and inconvenience.

Toilet seats are deemed non-returnable once opened from their protective cover for health and hygiene reasons. Please ensure you do not remove the seat from its cover until you are sure it will fit. If you are in any doubt about a toilet seat’s suitability then contact ourselves or your installer before purchasing the item. If your seat is not the same brand and design we can 100% guarantee it will not fit, so please check first to save disappointment, the obvious cost of the return, and, due to the fragile nature and material, the return in an undamaged resalable condition

It is essential items that are returned are packaged well and returned as new and in a resalable condition. Items returned without adequate packaging (or no package/box at all) will be instantly refused. Include original manufacturers intact package/box together with any supplied instructions/guarantees.

Items cannot be returned if package opened &/or security label has been cut or tampered with. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is correct before purchasing & imperative to check the item is correct for the requirements before opening the package.

Goods returned for a refund when no longer required/ordered in error will be subject to inspection for resaleablilty before processing for credit. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to implement a restocking charge to a maximum of 25%. Standard postage is refunded, if you chose a Priority or Tracked service for your delivery this is non-refundable and will be refunded as standard post and the difference deducted from the total.
