Loctite 55 50m Pipe Sealing Cord for Threaded Metal & Plastic Fittings

LOCTITE 55 is a general-purpose threaded pipe and fitting sealant supplied as a white coated cord that is wound directly onto the threads from the handy dispenser. It provides an instant, reliable seal on metal and plastic tapered pipe threads up to 4″ NPT and is suitable for aqueous and non-aqueous fluids in industrial applications.

• Allows fittings to be backed-off up to 45° for alignment without leakage
• Replaces traditional tapes, hemp and paste combinations
