The Hyco MS10BK is a 10 litre Microboil Wall smart boiling water heater for preparing hot drinks in workplaces and similar commercial settings. It mounts on the wall and dispenses through a two-way tap, with a status ring showing when the unit is heating or ready.

Smart technology learns and predicts demand, switching heating to suit use rather than relying on a programmed timer. It is intended for new installations and replacements in offices, shops, hotels and other staff or guest kitchens, and the connections are compatible with the wider Microboil range.

The tank is stainless steel, the element is an incoloy-sheathed 2.84 kW type, and the case is metal. Insulation is moulded expanded polypropylene. The unit is designed and assembled in the UK.
