Buttons & Levers
Modern dual-flush toilets operate via push buttons or flush plates that actuate the valve inside the cistern, while older syphonic models still depend on traditional cistern levers. Push buttons come in direct, cable or pneumatic formats with chrome or matt finishes and specific rod or cable lengths to match the valve. Cistern levers feature side-action or top-entry designs with thread sizes such as ½” BSP. Match the mechanism carefully: see Push Buttons, Cistern Levers, Flush Plates and Cables, Rods & Links for compatible spares.
