Shipping Information

If you place your order before 1.00pm we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. The timescale of delivery stated are working days Monday to Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays) and estimated and should be used for guidance only. We have priority services at checkout for goods required more urgent.

You will receive a confirmation of dispatch containing the shipment reference to assure you the item has left us, and by which service provider. An invoice will also be attached for your records.

Our business working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays so items will not be dispatched during this period. Bear this in mind when placing your order on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday.

During busy periods please allow 24 hours for posting. We offer Next-Day and tracked services for your convenience. Please note that the Next-Day deliveries will be the next working day which excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

We use Royal Mail as our standard postage service and orders despatched to UK Mainland should be expect delivery within 3-5 days. Certain areas may be slightly longer (Highlands and Islands etc).

For some larger items and orders, we will use a 24-hour courier. We endeavour to get your order to you in the quickest possible way.

International: We currently only post to the United Kingdom and are unable to ship internationally at this time.

We do not offer a collection service at present.

Yes, just a few pointers.

‘Priority Services is available to mainland UK area’s and not available to certain areas like the Highlands, Isles, Channel Islands and more remote area’s. You can enquire via the Royal Mail website for more detail.

This does not affect Standard or Tracked mail to these areas but we ask a few addition days be allowed for delivery.

Orders placed after 1.00 pm will be posted the next working day with no exception. Orders placed on a Friday after 1.00 pm will be not be dispatched until the next working day (after the weekend)

We only post to addresses within the UK with UK postcodes.

We normally carry the items we list in stock, however, occasionally we may run out of stock in circumstances such as unusually high demand. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order from stock, we will advise you of when we will be able to dispatch the goods to you. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so and we will refund all monies paid.

Amends, Cancellations & Returns

It is not possible to amend an order once the order is placed – for GDPR reasons we do not hold payment information. If you have ordered an item in error you can contact us before confirmation of dispatch and we can cancel the order and refund your payment to enable you to order again. Our system and stock is fully automated so we are unable to alter or change an item (however small the change)

We cannot amend orders once they are dispatched, however, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our returns policy and place another order for the goods you require.

We will only pay the cost of returning an order if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us in the first instance.
